" My husband and I enjoyed a stay at Pat and Annie´s home in February. The house is unbelievably beautiful with the views that are stunning. The accommodations were out of this world. King size beds in all rooms. Bathrooms are partially outdoor which is like bringing indoor to the outside. Would love to stay there again witn a longer window. They are the most confortable people to be around. Hanging in the pool, in the kitchen, or taking walks. This is the place to be. Thank you both for a fantastic time!!!"

" Our stay at Lipstick Palms was truly amazing. From the very detailed initial conversations with our hosts we thought we knew what to expect. We were wrong!! From the moment you pull in to the driveway you feel as if you are stepping in to a copy of Architectural Digest but once the front doors opens and you get the first glimpse of the view. it seems too surreal to be real ! ... We enjoyed an amazing meal in the rancho and the next morning they took us on an adventure, including a monkey scouting tour of the mountains and nearby beaches. Annie and Patrick were attentive and thoughtfully suggested local restaurants based on our requests but they were out sight when we chose to just relax and enjoy the view. We're heading home with amazing memories of new friends and hundreds of pictures of amazing sunsets and two of the cutest dogs we´ve ever met I would highly recommend"

" What an amazing place to stay! We had the pleasure of staying in this tropical oasis for five nights. You have to see this place in person to believe how truly beautiful it is. From the most beautiful sunsets if ever seen to the infinity pool with an ocean view that is stunning. This home is very clean comfortable and organized. Annie and Patrick are the perfect hosts.
